Nalin shows a service so lovely! His assistance comes quick right at the door. I find him very attentive to any requests I make. The atmosphere here feels calming. This location holds a beauty all its own.
The air conditioning presents nearly nonexistent performance. It has a loud presence. Outside, a weekend unfolds with heat. The air conditioning throughout the hotel proves weak. A pervasive heat fills the space.

the location was pretty good, close to trafalgar square.
the air conditioning was very loud and difficult to use. The room, especially the bathroom, was very cold. to get any warmth, the air conditioning had to run at the highest level.

Staff was polite. I got in a bit early because the airline canceled my flights. The hotel had a room ready for me immediately. They gave me a rundown of what to do and where to eat around here.
The room equipment felt old and worn. The room was cold during the winter. This. Updates and better heating would improve the guest experience a lot.
